The Non-Profit Association” (hereinafter: the “Association“, “We“, “Our“, or “Us“) respects the privacy of the users of its website (hereinafter: the “Site“).

We collect technical and anonymous information about your browsing, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages viewed on the Site. This information is used for statistical analysis, Site security, and improving the user experience.
2. How Do We Use the Information?
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
- Processing Donations: To handle your donation, issue a receipt, and maintain documentation as required by law.
- Handling Soldier Inquiries: To review the request, contact the soldier, and provide the necessary assistance.
- Communication and Updates: To send you updates via email or SMS regarding the Association’s activities, requests handled thanks to your donation, and additional information. You may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time.
- Inquiries and Support: To retain information for future inquiries regarding donations or requests, and to provide support if needed.
- Improvement and Security: To analyze Site usage to improve our services, as well as for information security and fraud prevention purposes.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information sharing is done in a limited manner and for essential purposes only:
- Clearing Provider: Donations on the Site are processed via “Cardcom“, an external and secured clearing provider. Full credit card details are transferred directly to the clearing provider and are not stored in the Association’s systems.
- Operational Needs: We may use external service providers (such as cloud hosting services or mailing systems) to operate the Site. We share with them only the information necessary for performing their role, and verify that they are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.
- Legal Requirement: If required by law or a court order, we will disclose the information to the competent authorities.
